- You have agreed to comply to these rules when you signed up.

- Reading, knowing, complying and understanding of these rules is imperative. This is not facultative reading.

- Inactive (not accessed) accounts will be deleted after 42 days
- You can have only one account. All dupe accounts will be deleted.
- Don't upload our internal releases to other trackers without the uploader's permission.
- Aggressive behaviour in any of the site section is forbidden.
- You will only get one warning! After that you will end banned!
- You are not allowed to request freeleech by any means.
- You must make use of your account. Unused accounts will be disabled.
- Respect the uploaders
- You must maintain a ratio above 1
- Hit and running is not allowed. Seed back what you download to at least a 1:1 ratio or at least try to, if it's impossible for you to seed to 1:1 then you must seed for at least 24 hours within 4 days of completing the torrent, as long as you try to seed to 1:1. The 24 hours doesn't need to be done in one session; it can be in several shorter sessions over the 4 days. As long as you TRY. However the main rule is, do not Hit and Run after you completed the downloaded torrent file.
- The above rule also applies to partially downloaded torrents.
- Don't complain about the uploader's upload speed.
- Users with a ratio bellow 0.45 who downloaded more than 15 GB and who are members for more than 2 weeks will get a ratio warning to correct their ratio to a minimum of 0.8 in 2 weeks. If they fail to do so the account will be disabled.
- No comments or posts complaining that other sites got a file first. Our uploaders do the best they can to supply you with the latest releases. Respect their efforts.
- The allowed languages are english or romanian
- It is forbidden to ask or trade invites for other sites anywhere on the site.
- You are allowed to discuss other trackers only in designated topics.
- You are not allowd to ask or post links to warez / crack / keygen sites.
- It is forbidden to trash (spam) other's people posts.
- It is forbidden to double post
- Any form of foul language it's forbidden.
- Don't whine needlessly! Be grateful people are uploading for free! (Constructive criticism is allowed)
- Don't post your or other's user passkey on BitShock v3b or on other site.
- All questions, doubts, suggestions will be posted in their corresponding sections.
- Demanding help rarely works, asking for it usually does the trick.
- Read the FAQ before asking any questions.
- The moderators have the liberty of editing your profile when necessary
- The allowed formats are .gif, .jpg and .png.
- Do not use potentially offensive material involving porn, religious material, animal / human cruelty or ideologically charged images or texts in your profile. Mods have wide discretion on what is acceptable. If in doubt PM one.
- Be considerate. Resize your images to a width of 150 px and a size of no more than 150 KB. (Browsers will rescale them anyway: smaller images will be expanded and will not look good; larger images will just waste bandwidth and CPU cycles.) For now this is just a guideline but it will be automatically enforced in the near future.
- It si forbidden to upload other Romanian tracker's releases
- It si forbidden to upload Romanian music. For exceptions please contact staff.
- It si forbidden to alter in any way a scene release.
- All uploads must include a proper NFO.
- All personal / non scene release must be proper tagged. For more informations and examples please see the upload page.
- When you upload please respect the rules, and if you have any questions about something that's unclear or not understandable, ask a staff member.
- The torrent must be seeded at least for 24 hours or until it has 3 active seeders.
- All uploads must contain a proper description
- Do not include any serial numbers, CD keys, warez links or similar in the description (you do not need to edit the NFO!).
- If you have something interesting that somehow violates these rules, Contact Staff. We do make exceptions for certain scenarios that the rules don't completely cover, or are 'gray areas'.
