the account.
Requesting free leech on any torrent by posting comments, asking for it in the forums or PM'ing a member of staff will result in an immediate one week warning and
your message being deleted.
You MUST make use of your account. If you download very little, your account will be disabled.

Access to the newest torrents is conditional on a good ratio! (See the FAQ for details.)
Low ratios will result in severe consequences, including banning in extreme cases.
Hit and running is not allowed. Seed back what you download to at least a 1:1 ratio or at least try to, if it's impossible for you to seed to 1:1 then you must seed for at least 24 hours within 4 days of completing the torrent, as long as you try to seed to 1:1. The 24 hours doesn't need to be done in one session; it can be in several shorter sessions over the 4 days. As long as you TRY. However the main rule is, do not Hit and Run after you completed the downloaded torrent file.
Do not Hit and Run, if we catch you hit and running you will receive a warning
Continuously Hit and Running will result in a Ban!
When you download a part of a torrent, for example from a box set the same rules apply!!
Hit and Run on Freeleech torrents will be dealt with more seriously! We are talking possible Ban!
Users with a ratio below .45 & who downloaded more than 10 GB for 1 week (7 days) will be warned to correct their ratio. They will be able to leech 2 torrents. If they don't fix their ratio after 2 weeks their account will be deleted.
Users can leech 3 torrents at a time.
Power users and above can leech 100 torrents at a time.
You must have legal rights to the file you are downloading.

No aggressive behaviour or flaming in the forums.
Don't whine needlessly! Be grateful people are uploading for free! (Constructive criticism is allowed)
Do NOT comment the upload speed!
No comments or posts complaining that other sites got a file first. Our uploaders do the best they can to supply you with the latest releases. Respect their efforts.
Please remember, not everything that is uploaded fits everybody's taste. If you don't like a release just stay away from it.
Asking for/Trading of invites is not allowed anywhere on the site.
Do not discuss other trackers in the forums.No links to other torrent sites and or communities.
No trashing of other peoples topics (i.e. SPAM).
No language other than Romanian in the forums except for in the International Hub forum.
No systematic foul language (and none at all on titles).
No links to warez or crack sites in the forums.
No requesting or posting of serials, keys, passwords or cracks in the forums.
No posting of torrentkeys in forum posts profiles or screenshots. A torrentkey is the 32 character prefix that identifes each user when they use a torrent downloaded from this site. The unique torrent key allows the tracker to identify the user and approriately update their stats. If you post in the forums, in your profile, screenshot or avatar url then a malicious user could download using your key and the tracker would think it was you.
No bumping... (All bumped threads will be deleted.)
No images larger than 800x600, and preferably web-optimised.Use thumbnails!
No double posting. If you wish to post again, and yours is the last post in the thread please use the EDIT function, instead of posting a double.
Please ensure all questions are posted in the correct section!
(Game questions in the Games section, Apps questions in the Apps section, etc.).The thread will be moved and you'll be warned!
Demanding help rarely works, asking for it usually does the trick.

The allowed formats are .gif, .jpg and .png.
Be considerate. Resize your images to a width of 150 px and a size of no more than 150 KB. (Browsers will rescale them anyway: smaller images will be expanded and will not look good; larger images will just waste bandwidth and CPU cycles.) For now this is just a guideline but it will be automatically enforced in the near future.
We do not allow text larger than 255 letters in the forum signature and pictures larger than 200x50px.
Do not use potentially offensive material involving porn, religious material, animal / human cruelty or ideologically charged images. Mods have wide discretion on what is acceptable. If in doubt PM one.

All uploads must include a proper NFO.
When you upload please respect the rules, and if you have any questions about something that's unclear or not understandable, PM the STAFF.
Who can upload?
The class uploader and the ones above that class. To become an uploader read FAQ first and make a request post in the specific forum thread.
The torrent must be seeded until 3 seeders are on the torrent or at least 24 hours.
When you upload the torrent, you must describe it as well, so people can see more than just the name of it.
All files must be in original format (usually 14.3 MB RARs).
Make sure not to include any serial numbers, CD keys or similar in the description (you do not need to edit the NFO!).
Do not include the release date in the torrent name.
Stay active! You risk being demoted if you have no active torrents.
You must have legal rights to the file you are uploading.
If you have something interesting that somehow violates these rules, Contact Staff. We do make exceptions for certain scenarios that the rules don't completely cover, or are 'gray areas'.

The most important rule: Use your better judgment!
Don't be afraid to say NO! (a.k.a. "Helshad's rule".)
Don't promote your friend in the name of friendship.
Don't defy another mod, or staff class in public, instead send a PM or through IM.
Be tolerant! Give the user(s) a chance to reform.
Don't act prematurely, let the users make their mistakes and THEN correct them.
Try correcting any "off topics" rather then closing a thread.
Move topics rather than locking them.
Be tolerant when moderating the Chit-chat section (give them some slack).
If you lock a topic, give a brief explanation as to why you're locking it.
Before you disable a user account, send him/her a PM and if they reply, put them on a 2 week trial.
Don't disable a user account until he or she has been a member for at least 4 weeks.
Always state a reason (in the user comment box) as to why the user is being banned/warned.
